Reportable Items Scrub Tool

This is a program that we have been using. It requires a little user knowledge to use it. First, if a new B1 table comes out, you will need to input it in the first tab at the bottom. Next, you will need to take your Hand Receipt, and copy it between columns A-Q. After you copy ONLY those columns, you just have to paste it into the Program I attached. After you do, every reportable item will show up highlighted in red.

Great tool.  Do you have one worked out with a different color scheme and a way to match components of systems for Table B-2 against the PB?

Im working on something in access to do that. The problem is that my property book does not have everything sublined correctly.

Great tool

We copied the July 13 B1 table and the PBIC 8 . There were some areas in the red bar that remained gray.  Any reason for that?

 Thanks

Armydawg.  I haven't made one to work with the B-2 table.  However, a quick fix would be to just copy and paste the B-2 table into the tab where the B-1 table currently is.

Akmmc.  If some of the areas remained gray, just select columns A-Q, and change the background color to white before you paste in your property book.  I haven't seen that issue myself.
